Get Your Books at the UGA Bookstore!

Now that your student is officially a Bulldog, it’s time to ensure they get the reading materials to help them succeed! We know saving money is a priority when coming to UGA, and that is why the UGA Bookstore has four different ways to get textbooks.

New books are a great option for students to ensure they receive the highest quality possible, and the Bookstore keeps all new books priced below market value. Some of these books also come with additional access to materials your student might need. It’s best to check with professors on what will be required.

Over the last few years, digital books have become increasingly popular. These are available through access codes bought at the Bookstore and give you online access to all the information a textbook can give them!

The best way to save money is by renting textbooks we have available. You and your student can save more than 50% off new textbooks, and students are welcome to highlight and write notes in them. Just make sure they bring the textbook back to the Bookstore at the end of the semester.

Students can also purchase used books at a discounted price. They own the book and can do whatever they choose with it, but make sure your student keeps it in good shape if they want to sell it back to the Bookstore later!

Without a doubt, the UGA Bookstore is the best place to get your books!
